David Simmons

David Simmons is the visionary founder of David Simmons Consulting Firm, where he leverages over two decades of experience in strategic advisory and business development. With a strong educational background in business management and economics, David has been instrumental in helping organizations of all sizes navigate complex challenges and achieve sustainable growth. His unique approach combines analytical rigor with innovative thinking, enabling clients to unlock their full potential. Under his leadership, the consulting firm has built a reputation for delivering tailored solutions that align with clients' specific needs and goals. Passionate about mentoring the next generation of business leaders, David also dedicates time to community outreach and professional development initiatives, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous learning.

David Simmons is the proud son of Rosie and Robert Simmons of Goodman, MS. He is the father of 3 daughters and 1 son. David graduated from William Sullivan High School. After graduating high school, he later attended and graduated from Mississippi Delta Community College and University of Chicago. He also attended the Police Academy.

David has been employed with Holmes County School District for over 12 years. He also works for EMT Services. Most recently, David was named the Chief of Police of Cruger, MS. He has been a business owner for 18 years. Currently, he is the owner of 13 businesses, 3 of the businesses are in Holmes County and 1 in Coila, MS.

David enjoys cooking, baking cakes, dancing, shopping, smelling good, looking good and spending time with family and friends.

David was trained and sworn to uphold the law and maintain the order. His shift includes many different roles and activities. A normal duty shift consists of transporting a drunk driver to a detoxification facility, citing underage drinkers, apprehending a shoplifter and much more.

Police officers are obligated to engage in many proactive initiatives.

David's experiences as a business owner and police officer have been the force behind his actions. He strategizes opportunities that will make the community safer. His various job assignments have enabled him to build positive and lasting relationships with the citizens.

David has been recognized for his business and law enforcement affiliations and has received the following awards: Top Cop, Best Dress, Father of the Year, EMT of the Year
